Our carriers provide you with real-time tracking of your package. You will be able to track your package through the link we will send you when your package is shipped.
Your package will be prepared within 24 hours after placing your order. It will then be delivered to you within 72 hours. If the delivery doesn't suit you, you also have the option to have your package dropped off at a pickup point!
In-Store Pickup
MotorBioNet ensures the preparation of your package in just a few hours in our store if we have your product in stock; otherwise, please allow 2/3 days and then come to pick up your package free of charge at our store.
Your package will be handled by us and will be stored for 15 days.
We will confirm the receipt of your package in our store via email on the same day we receive it.
In-store pickup is available for all products in our catalog.
